Melissa Clark is a strategic leader and systems thinker with more than 15 years of experience designing programs, learning systems, and skills-based frameworks that connect education, workforce development, and opportunity. Her work focuses on translating complex ideas into practical strategies that improve how organizations develop talent and help individuals navigate pathways to meaningful careers.

Melissa has spent much of her career advancing skills-based ecosystems, including leading initiatives at a non-profit University to scale skills architecture, workforce-aligned learning models, and digital credential strategies that support learner employability. She has also consulted with enterprise organizations on implementing skills intelligence platforms and workforce mobility systems.
